Student Achievement Disclosure Information

Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­) documents student success using graduation, retention, and post-KCTCS outcomes rates specific to Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­. Measures and targets support the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Strategic Plan, Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Strategic Plan, and the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education’s (CPE) Strategic Agenda and Performance expectations. 

Threshold of Acceptability: Starting in 2022-2023, Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ selected the lowest actual rate from the preceding five years as the minimum threshold for each Student Achievement measure.

Definition:  Cohort of first-time, full-time, credential-seeking undergraduates who complete their program within 150% of normal time as reported to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

Target: One percentage point higher than the targets set by the CPE for the Low Income Graduation Rate starting 2021-2022.
